Refund Policy
We aim for complete client satisfaction. However, we understand that issues may arise. Our refund policy is as followswith written notice. Any work completed up to that point must be paid for.

1. Deposits All deposits are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing.
2. Service Cancellations If a client cancels before work begins, a partial refund (minus administrative and planning fees) may be issued. If work has started, refunds are generally not provided but will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
3. Unsatisfactory Work If you are dissatisfied with our work, please contact us within [e.g., 7 days] of completion. We will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue.
4. Custom Materials and Products Refunds cannot be issued for custom-ordered materials or products once they’ve been ordered or used.
